I loved almost every detail, including very good location and staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe.

I loved this hotel, it's clean and brilliant! Continental breakfast included the most tasty bacon, eggs, breads, fruit and cheese.

Charming hotel, everything is reasonably clean, its location and staff are perfect. Lots of options for breakfast including breads, hot chocolate, fruit, yogurt and cheese👍

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

My 3 nights in Interlaken were really lovely. The staff was knowledgeable, the room was well priced and warm. My breakfast was ABUNDANT, I liked it.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, yet everything was excellent. The location was favourable, at walking distance from a bronze statue. Our check-in was good.

Fantastic value for money against other hotels in Interlaken. It's LOVELY LITTLE hotel, everything was fantastic. Opulent room and nice beds. Tasty breakfast and competent staff.

Booked it for 6 days and had a such wonderful experience. The staff was fabulously helpful, the hotel was overall clean and placed in an old part of the city close to train station and supermarket and the old town. Fine base for vacation. Excellent service and exceptional value.

Hotel is kind and immaculately clean, has exceptional location and staff. It's in a traditional building in the busy area.

I loved the very attentive staff and the great food. Fairly clean room and fairly clean bathroom. Walking distance to a convenience store and a supermarket across the street. Apart from that, a ruined castle was 15 minutes' drive away.

Private parking & friendly stuff. Pleasant to relax on the terrace...

Worth its 2 stars. Our window overlooked mountain. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
